Five Minute Workout on Deck (featuring “T-Rex”)


“T-Rex“ exercise I demonstrate is excellent for strengthening the stabilizers of the lower body, trunk legs and ankles. Particularly helpful for chronic arthritic (or over-use) pain in knee or in my case, my right ankle.


Typo note: I link on one of the stretchy band demonstrations I said “hold for 20 minutes” that should definitely be corrected to “hold to 20 to 30 seconds.” For more info on “old-style” Isometric exercises, just Goggle “Isometrics.”
