Amazing! LDL results way down! 1-16-25

After a 10 plus hour fast (didn't even drink beer the night before--that was tough LOL).

my LDL and over-all/total cholesterol numbers have dropped into mid-normal range IN JUST FOUR WEEK! I'm not wondering if I can stop taking the Zetia (the gas and power dumps late at night are a bit irritating)? This is probably a result of the all the oat bran I've been eating every (cold) morning LOL. Thank you LW for cluing me in on that one! LOL.
