The Ultimate Self-Help 8-11-24

In the Shambhala tradition of Buddhism there is a concept called "Wind Horse" which is when you do something to change your mood or focus (hopefully for the better). It could also be considered a motivational tool. To me singing is the best example. No you don't have to be on key nor do you have to perform opera.

Today I was ghosting around my man cave before the caffeine fix and there I was singing "Soliloquy" from my high school daze as the star in the my senior year musical CAROUSEL.

Wunderbar, suddenly loneliness and depression disappear (if only for a few minutes).

This AND 30 bicep press repetitions (25 lb weights). Oye I need to push harder in my workouts. Worshiping muscle at 70 I want to attract a hot bitch who's gonna suck my tits and make my dopamine EXPLODE every morning, afternoon and evening. (ha ha...fantasy here). But to quote Elvis "If I can dream...."

Windhorse...find yours!

in gratitude St.Orr
