As I watched MELANIA I couldn't help but think of a gangster’s moll! Jean Harlow had so much more class! So here we are...left with a Slavic face and a purring voice and sycophantic queens making sure her collar was tight. And those PR cunts in charge of her--the so-called Gatekeepers! The lack of integrity of those women makes them all look like floozies.

I do so wish we had somebody like a genius George Carlin--calling out all this fake hypocrisy going on all around us. Isn't it amazing how money steals your humanity? The narration, mouthing half-truths, outright lies--sheer propaganda. The way they use God's name is an abomination. Be Best Children's rights. Come on. While about the Bill of Rights being trampled daily in the name of patriotism? “A peace maker, a unifier” and how many wars has he started already? How many Americans killed by his own hand? Martial law in Minneapolis of course because it was the birth place of the BLM movement (and that city in particular had to be taught a lesson!). And I'm sorry but gurrrrl—WTF is with that white dress with the black sash kind of conspicuously detaching itself from your body! As if your body is being wrapped and strangled by a big, black, snake! Great metaphor for the corruption of power (the presidential marital bed). Great idea for a horror film: just imaging Trump fucking you. Ye Gods. Super "Ew/cringe. Nothing more cringier that I can imagine.

It’s a time when powerlessness reigns, and the growth of AI is making us doubt ourselves like never before. Turn to yourself and look at the things you can accept, the things you are responsible for, the things you have power over, namely how you treat people. Politicians have failed us terribly. I fear the Founding Fathers' system of Checks and Balances is no longer working.

Watch Ken Burns "the American Revolution." Wow..what a tale of violence (the shadow) and Gold (the sheer idealism and how we triumphed over England. Real eye-opener. He paints a real picture too the blacks and Indians and notes their presence. Bravo.

Today at the gym I was constantly saying the serenity prayer to myself as a coping mechanism, to deal with all the young boys sitting in their Cybex machines not exercising but merely reading their phones. And no one says a thing. God Grant me! Come for a great massage, can’t wait to work on you.

Why does living every day seem often like a war here? Can't wait to start therapy again! ; ). Talking to a therapist is a great way to get real, check your triggers and gain self-insights. So maybe you can start to see your own script playing in your head about the world--and perhaps gain some insights as to how similar we all are, in that most of us want the same things, to be happy, to love, to enjoy life and embrace beauty and empathy for others (when possible) especially when having empathy for others begins with having empathy for yourself.
