And mini-meditation lesson; the 3 points; 1) Body 2) Breath 3) Mind. Most important DO IT—get yourself on a cushion. Most especially the deep, conscious breathing part—a particularly healthy activity for those prone to heart disease and those with a tendency to (shall we say) be a bit over-reactive to all things.
