Amazing results in just two days of doing Kneesovertoes Guy's videos...

This dude is amazing. I'm also back to doing the Child's Pose in yoga; i.e., don't "baby" your knees--you should have a degree of discomfort and go slightly (easy does it) beyond your comfort level when doing all of these exercises. Thank you Kneesovertoes Guy. And Rex the personal trainer...

Now entering day Two of harm reduction plan this week ; ). Also can't wait to get on the treadmill and walk baby steps backward. HA. I always find it amazing when you can solve pain problems in the body without resorting to drugs. The human machine never ceases to amaze me; especially with our ability to bounce back!
