8-28-26 It's really hard to mess up booking a massage appointment with me: but every once in a while...

My injured left knee seems to be feeling better: the true test will be getting on the unicycle today, later.
I have finished watching/binging on The Sopranos: I think this is my third or fourth time. What a weird ending but basically insanely good writing visiting some really really dark places...Insidious-Into the Further was amazingly scary.
No clients all week. Today I had a booking and then he/it/they (some weird bird named "Howie") cancelled: "I was on my way and the vibe just didn't seem right..." WTF? I am reminded: that the world of M4M massage is, simply said, very much like acting: i.e., a few want you now, and a small majority think they want you but they don't. For these few, if one shows too much personality (could this also be showing strength and power) then the particularly neurotic/needy client may play the "chemistry is off." card as this jerk-off did today. I try to have an open mind but a flake is a flake and after more than 30 years of doing this work if a man calls to book and he has difficulty completing the appropriate texts to confirm the booking (i.e., he's multi-tasking at work or in the middle of a doing a hundred other things) it sets off a red light in my mind that he has issues communicating and is probably a flake and will probably not show up for the session. You may call this my own insecurites, but truly, a red light indicates a problem client. This is just common sense I have picked up over the years. To make a simple booking/appointment is so easy to do. And it takes so little to have a really beautiful massage experience with a hot, experienced, ultra-skilled, give-it-all kind a guy like me. It takes a real flake to fuck that up. But that's what flakes do! That's exactly what happened today with this "Howie" client.
I am not Jesus, I'm only human and when the client to be comes up with something like "the vibe seems off" of course it's their prerogative to cancel and it's my prerogative to block them so they never bother me again. But the bottom line is this: if the vibe is off it's something you've created in in your own mind, sweety, everything is fine on my end: but you need to look elsewhere for your rub! : )...
I love doing M4M massage but I am not responsible for what goes on in any client's mind. One of the most frustrating questions or comments I get from a so-called "newbie" is "describe a sensual massage session..." Sorry dude, beyond my pay grade, as is the tiresome request for pictures. Nope. My site is really all you need to acquaint yourself with. I think I cover all the bases pretty well. And I know what I here for--I am here to give a great massage and I'm not a truck stop, a door mat, nor am I a machine. If you play straight with me I will always play straight with you and if you are a flake, please don't waste my time. Book like you were calling any other professional to book, don't kinda halfway book and then leave me hanging and then be surprised when I call you out on your behavior. Again, I've been a service-industry provider for much too long and I've pretty much heard it all.
When it works, it's a beautiful thing: and when it doesn't, I can only attribute that to human nature! I wonder if the general population is aware of the extremes of disrespect, confusion in clients and their flaky behavior that goes on? It seems to be a cardinal sin to openly discuss the negative sides to this business. Most clients are dreams, then, again, we have the terrorist attacks and the just plain assholes. There's no rhyme or reason. You put out your best shot and sometimes it works fabulously. And sometimes it's a business loss, pure and simple.
Please keep your word, respect me and I will respect you. This is how you do it: make an appointment like an adult: then keep the appointment and if you book and cancel on the same day, you are wasting my time and I will block you.
I hope to be massaging you in the future--if you are a man of your word and not a neurotic flake named "Howie" Oye! : ). See you on my table very soon. And remember, kindness is free. Don't be a Trumper or a Tony Soprano. Kindness counts more than you know. It can go so, so far to unlock the door to unlimited sensuality and a M4M truly healing experience in touch...
