I know…$10G in NYC in 2024. Chickenfeed, right? I am not disagreeing. But, like an ant--I continue to build and build. And it's my own. Wow. Thanks & shout out to "T" the only rich client I have and one of the nicest, sweetest men I have ever met. Grateful!
