This is a new incarnation/daily mantra to realign yourself with your true self:
The Daily Anchor Practice
Morning Alignment: Setting the Boundary
Upon waking, before checking notifications or absorbing external inputs, sit comfortably and take three deep, grounding breaths. Speak your decree aloud once with calm, unshakeable certainty:
"Anything not a part of my true self will be removed."
As you speak these words, visualize a clean, clear space opening up around your mind and body. Let the phrase act as a protective filter for the day ahead, establishing your authentic identity as the only state allowed in your space.
Midday Reset: The Mental Filter
In the middle of the day—especially during moments of stress, multi-tasking, or social pressure—pause for sixty seconds. Close your eyes, place a hand over your heart, and silently repeat the decree as a corrective command:
Anything not a part of my true self will be removed.
Use this sentence to actively cut through temporary frustrations, external projections, or false roles you might feel pressured to play. Let the words dissolve any accumulated tension in your body.
Evening Clearing: The Conscious Release
Before sleep, open your journal and write the decree at the very top of a blank page. Beneath it, use the statement as an active knife to separate your true self from the events of the day by listing what you are casting off:
External noise (opinions, comparisons, media consumption).
Reactive emotions (unnecessary guilt, absorbed anxieties from others).
Outgrown habits (actions taken merely to appease or accommodate a false narrative).
Conclude by reading the line one final time, allowing your mind to rest in the quiet, absolute space of your authentic being.
