What is Good etiquette?

Good etiquette includes being respectful, considerate, and mindful of others.

I love clients who are respectful and serious.

Questions such as "Will you fuck me Sir?" is a red light that the person is neither respectful nor serious; and that another turkey needs to be blocked.
